nVent presents the new nVent ERIFLEX FleXbus
Innovative and patented solution to connect between two electrical installations such as transformers, distribution boxes, generators and UPS systems. ERIFLEX FleXbus is suitable for applications from 500 to 6300 A.
What makes nVent ERIFLEX FleXbus unique?
Compared to traditional bus products, cable trays and wire trays, nVent ERIFLEX FleXbus is ready-to-use thanks to its lightweight composition, versatility and easy installation. Thanks to the improved flexibility of the conductors, FleXbus does not need to follow a bending radius and can therefore be used to realise almost any layout, so unexpected imperfections discovered during on-site installation are no longer major obstacles.
FleXbus offers many advantages over alternative solutions:
- Versatile, adaptable, user-friendly and no specific tools required
- No specialised personnel required thanks to turnkey solution
- So installation time is reduced by up to 50%
- And overall installation costs are reduced by at least 20%
- The highly flexible conductor is attractive for distances up to 25 metres, does not need to follow a bending radius and does not require a cable tray for support
- To be tested and certified according to international IEC standards
FleXbus is tested and certified to international IEC standards and features nVent ERIFLEX Advanced Technology, with unique properties to create a conductor that is low-smoke, halogen-free, flame-retardant (LSHFFR) and resistant to high temperatures.
nVent ERIFLEX has developed configuration software that ensures you have the right products, tools and assembly knowledge to make your nVent ERIFLEX FleXbus project simple, safe and accurate.

Eneco - Green light for green electricity and steamRead moreEneco Bio Golden Raand, located in the port area of Delfzijl, converts biomass into green electricity and green steam. Each year, the plant processes approximately 300,000 tons of waste wood from the Netherlands and neighboring countries. As part of Eneco’s climate ambitions, a project began in 2022 to replace the existing fluorescent lighting in and around the boiler room. The project was carried out under the supervision of itsme. “Two factors were important in this process: the cost, of course, but also the level of service.”
