Siemens
Siemens has been active in the Netherlands since 1879. The Siemens Group is one of the largest (electro)technical companies in the Netherlands. Siemens focuses on automation and digitalisation in the process and manufacturing industries and on intelligent infrastructure for buildings and distributed energy systems.
Merging the real and digital worlds makes it possible to seamlessly integrate and optimise the entire value chain, from design to realisation, with a continuous flow of data. A true Digital Enterprise is able to harness the unlimited power of data by gaining valuable insights to make decisions quickly and confidently - and to create best-in-class products through efficient manufacturing.
Together with itsme, we are working on Smart Savings. Would you like to know how long your inverters and Siemens components will last and how you can plan for their replacement without downtime? Itsme Industrial Automation helps you.

Siemens - New hardware CPU1514SP-2PNRead moreAlong with the release of TIA Portal V18, Siemens is introducing an extension to its hardware portfolio: the CPU1514SP-2PN. This new addition to the range builds on the existing controllers in the ET200SP series, including the CPU 1510SP(F) and CPU 1512SP(F), and offers significant improvements in speed, memory capacity and connectivity. What characterizes the ET 200SP series remains: its compact and space-saving design. The CPU1514SP-2PN is designed to meet the growing needs of industrial automation. With a more powerful processor and an additional PROFINET IO interface, users can now implement network isolation. This opens the door to various applications, such as separating automation and IT connections. The CPU 1514SP-2PN is available in four variants; a standard variant, a failsafe variant, a technology variant and a combination thereof.

Siemens - Introduces the new generation of variable speed drivesRead moreWith the Sinamics G220 series, Siemens further expands its portfolio of AC drives. The series includes several variants, including an IP55 variant and a Clean Power version where harmonics can be reduced by up to 97 per cent without external chokes. The Sinamics G220 variable speed drives position themselves as the most high-end and all-round within the Siemens portfolio. Many functions and components are integrated as standard or can be added via option modules, making the inverters very flexible and versatile. Additions such as an IP55 variant, standard 3C3 coating, monitoring of ATEX motors and an encoder input make the controllers suitable for a variety of sectors such as: offshore, chemical, oil and gas, food, pharmaceutical and automotive.

Enduro - Complete package for heavy-duty workRead moreEnduro Softslings builds machines for the manufacture of its own heavy lifting soft slings. For a new machine, it called in itsme for the full package: advice on the drives, supply of components and programming of the controls. “We completed the entire project in just over six months. That’s fast for such a specialised machine.”

Azteq - Warm Cooperation on Solar Thermal EnergyRead moreAzteq aims to revolutionise European green heat technologies on an industrial scale and is developing solar heating systems to do so. The Belgian start-up cooperates in projects with technical service providers, who in turn call upon Breemes for advice and the supply of components. For a major project in Seville, there were challenges regarding the delivery times of the decentralised PLCs and on how they could communicate with each other in the large facility.

BMI - Providing Peace of Mind by Mapping DrivesRead moreAt RBB, the production of concrete roof tiles runs on drives that mostly come from Danfoss and are up to 20 years old. Breemes assessed their status and made recommendations for maintenance, replacement and standardisation. As a result, the supplier provided its customer RBB with higher efficiency in terms of spare stocks of drives and energy consumption in production - and ultimately a better night's sleep.

Future-proof cooperation for electrificationRead moreIndulec installs medium-voltage cabinets for the electrification of industry and the community. Indulec recently started sourcing the required compact and solid distribution boards from Siemens, via Breemes. Working with Siemens was a learning process for the three parties in the first project, but it immediately yielded a “very nice” result. “The support provided by Breemes was top-notch. We will do more projects with Siemens in the future.”
