Digital and analogue expansion modules for the Finder OPTA Series 8A

Finder introduces three expansion modules for the OPTA, which can be connected via the AUX port.

Finder OPTA is a revolutionary series of industrial smart relays, also known as programmable logic relays. These innovative products are ideal for creating simple intelligent logic in industrial automation, OEM and building automation. The Finder OPTA is expandable with the following modules, which can be connected via the AUX port:

  • EMR DIGITAL EXTENSION MODULE (16 inputs (Digital / Analogue 0-10V) 8 outputs EMR 6 A)

  • SSR DIGITAL EXTENSION MODULE (16 inputs (Digital/Analogue 0-10V) 8 outputs SSR 2 A)

  • ANALOGUE EXTENSION MODULE (6 inputs (4 x 0-10V / 4-20mA + 2 x PT100/1000) 6 outputs (2 x 0-10V/4-20mA + 4 PMW)

Up to five expansion modules can be connected to each OPTA, increasing the number of inputs (up to a maximum of 80 for the digital version and 30 for the analogue version) and outputs (up to 40 for the digital version and 30 for the analogue version). The digital expansion modules are available immediately, the analogue expansion module will be available soon.

Unique on the market

Finder OPTA stands out from other products on the market for its ultra-secure hardware-level connectivity, OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware update capability, versatile programming capabilities and various connectivity options.

Software

Thanks to the collaboration between Finder and Arduino Pro, you can use the open source platform Arduino Pro and the programming simplicity of Arduino sketches and libraries. You also have the option of programming in traditional languages such as Ladder and FBD, which comply with the IEC 61131-3 standard for PLC programming.

Connected

With the RJ45 port, USB type C port, RS485 and WIFI/BLE integrated module, Finder OPTA gives you extensive connectivity options. This allows you to seamlessly connect to different devices and networks.
