Our client's previous warehouse was no longer sufficient. The space between the racks was tight, the floor uneven. With also a leak here and there, this led to unsafe situations. And that apart from the many searches. Because where exactly did each part lie? The customer missed the overview - while there was so much need for it.

With the move to a new warehouse, the customer asked itsme Connected Business for a solution that we offered with a consulting technical warehouse. We listed all 2,500 items, arranged them in a logical order and advised on efficient layout of the warehouse. We did the implementation in just three weeks.

While our customer now benefits from a logically arranged technical warehouse, the same applies to another customer that we supported with our spare parts organizing service (SPOS). At SPOS we not only help with the relocation and layout of the warehouse, we also identify and count the articles. If they belong to our range, then we also provide them with an item number.
