Choose flexible guides from nVent ERIFLEX
For a Variety of Low-Voltage Applications
nVent ERIFLEX provides solutions for optimizing the design of electrical connections and grounding applications in the low-voltage range. Flexible connections made of copper braids or laminated copper are used in a wide range of applications for power conduction or as grounding connections.
Tinned Grounding and Bonding Braids – State-of-the-Art Copper Braids
nVent ERIFLEX manufactures tinned copper grounding braids for direct connection. This production process ensures an effective electrical contact through integrated connection lugs, eliminating additional contact points, as no cable lugs are required. The grounding braids are ready for installation without the need for cutting, stripping, crimping, or punching and require no additional tinning or crimp sleeves.
Flexibar Advanced – Unique and Safe Flexible Copper Busbar
nVent ERIFLEX's Advanced Technology offers the most unique, safe, and flexible solution for electrical conductors, featuring a high-resistance insulation that is low-smoke, halogen-free, and flame-retardant. As a result, nVent ERIFLEX Flexibar Advanced and nVent ERIFLEX IBS/IBSB Advanced conductors provide an ingenious alternative to cables: direct connection without cable lugs ensures excellent vibration resistance. Weight and space are saved as the conductors can be bent, folded, or twisted with an extremely small bending radius for shorter and more compact power connections.
Copper Busbars for a Variety of Applications
This nVent ERIFLEX busbar, with rounded corners and a threaded hole pattern, offers 40% more connection points. The end slots can be used to mount the busbar to a support or connect the main input conductor. The busbars are quick to install and suitable for high-current connections, making them an excellent alternative to large or multiple cables.
Single-Pole Power Distribution Block – An Economical Solution in a Compact Design
nVent ERIFLEX offers a wide range of compact, halogen-free distribution blocks along with a complete set of mounting accessories for easy installation on DIN rails or steel plates. The blocks are easy to install and allow for visual inspection to verify connections with various conductors, including nVent ERIFLEX Flexibar and IBS/IBSB Advanced. The high fill ratio ensures optimal electrical connections, even in tight installations.

Eneco - Green light for green electricity and steamRead moreEneco Bio Golden Raand, located in the port area of Delfzijl, converts biomass into green electricity and green steam. Each year, the plant processes approximately 300,000 tons of waste wood from the Netherlands and neighboring countries. As part of Eneco’s climate ambitions, a project began in 2022 to replace the existing fluorescent lighting in and around the boiler room. The project was carried out under the supervision of itsme. “Two factors were important in this process: the cost, of course, but also the level of service.”
