Clean or hygienic? Experience Leuze's 53C or 55C Series stainless steel sensors!

After all, there are places where you don't want bacteria: wherever food and beverages are produced and packaged, for example. Leuze offers sensor solutions for reliably detecting the filling level of aqueous liquids in any jar or bottle. Thanks to the high irradiation capacity, this can be done even with colorful bottles or bottles with plastic labels. With a simple attachment and sensor adjustment, there is always correct dosing!

Even if an uneven front of cheese or meat products needs to be detected in order to package them neatly, Leuze has the experience in-house: using an optical probe with a laser line, each detection is precise and a smooth process progress is guaranteed, and the slices lie neatly in the tray: the edges of the tray remain clean and can be sealed hygienically without any problems!

Just two solutions with which Leuze can help you with their experience and standard sensor solutions in stainless steel. Many different variants are available quickly, IO-Link is standard:

  • Reflector photocells for glass and PET recognition or foil detection
  • Laser reflector photocells for recognition of small parts
  • Transmitter-receiver systems for recognition of aqueous liquids and for filling level control
  • Probes with background suppression with a small spot of light for detection of shiny and colored textured objects
  • Probes with background suppression with an elongated line light spot, for recognition of transparent objects, as well as objects with breaks, bores and punches
  • Background suppression probes with electronic probe spacing adjustment and measured value output via IO-Link
  • Touch probes with background suppression with special V-optics, for detection of transparent, flat, mirrored and high-gloss objects as well as coating trays with syringes or ampules

Leuze: sensor specialist for detection, identification, safety, optical data transmission and measuring sensors. Together with Leuze, itsme helps you further!

Leuze - I can’t see it but I do hear it!
Ultrasonic sensors from Leuze: Multifunctional, compact and economic pricing! Its 60th anniversary already indicates that Leuze is a reliable link for detecting and signalling in industrial automation. This is partly due to many patents and its presence in many machines, along conveyor belts, in factory halls and so on. Besides the many possibilities with optical sensors, Leuze would especially like to underline that this is not the only thing they do. For example, the latest addition within their range of ultrasonic sensors is a completely new series of switching and measuring ultrasonic sensors HTU 200 and DMU 200 that helps you when an optical or inductive sensor can't cope! Equipped with IO-Link and available in standard length, but also many "short body" shapes available.

Stimac - Good technical support for ever-changing specifications
If the description for an automation project is clear from the start, it is easy for the industrial automation specialist to give it substance. In practice, however, specifications often change during the course of a project. This happened to Stimac/SNK when designing the control technology for a horticultural machine. For the problems that arose during the process, itsme quickly provided Stimac/SNK with a solution. “When a customer calls us, we respond immediately. So it’s nice to have a supplier like itsme who can also help immediately.”
