EAO - Vibration-resistant cable connections

Enhanced protection for various challenging environments, equipped with an M12 connector and R118 certification.

At EAO, the experts in innovative, intuitive and reliable Human Machine Interactions (HMIs), they are proud to introduce the new variant of Series 82 control units with vibration-resistant cable connectors. Whether in the food and beverage industry, where aggressive cleaning agents and corrosion are involved, or other demanding applications, Series 82 meets IP67 protection standards and offers vibration-resistant capabilities to excel in harsh environments.

The push buttons come with a 200 mm cable, available in both straight and 90° angle configurations, depending on specific needs. This gives the freedom to mount the pushbuttons flexibly, especially when limited mounting depth at the rear of the panel is an issue.

Whether you choose the M12 connector directly on the back of the pushbutton or the 200 mm cable with M12 connector, Series 82 offers a robust solution for fast and efficient machine integration. The variant with tinned cable is even R118 certified, making it perfect for demanding applications in heavy or special vehicles.

Common applications:

  • Food and beverage industry
  • Machinery and manufacturing facilities
  • Heavy and specialty vehicles
  • Buses and motor coaches
  • Passenger transportation systems
  • Access control and security systems
  • Ticket and vending machines
  • Medical equipment
  • Marine applications

With molded-in, IP67 protection and rugged construction that resists vibration and shock, Series 82 provides complete reliability and protection.

Benefits:

  • Easy and flexible mounting thanks to M12 connector and cable options
  • Reduced installation depth at the rear in the 90° angle variant.
  • Housing made of SUS 316L stainless steel
  • Tritan light guide that is resistant to cleaning agents
  • Molded-in, IP67 protection and high resistance to vibration and shock

    Fluke - 1736 three-phase Power Logger
Today, we are increasingly faced with the need to optimise energy flows, find energy-efficient solutions for large consumers and bring down overall energy consumption. Saving on electrical consumption is therefore one of the topics high on companies' agendas. One of the first tasks in this process is to identify large consumers and try to minimise extra losses due to harmonics, imbalance, ... try to minimise them. For this, the Fluke-1736 is an ideal combination that allows not only to map electrical power flow, but also problems with harmonics, imbalance, mapping. This is therefore usually the first step to start improvement processes.
