PROFIBUS

PROFIBUS_INST + TEST

Course type

Netwerkdiagnosis

Introduction

This training conveys theoretical and practical PROFIBUS knowledge through hands-on training. Most projects today require certification from the companies involved in fieldbus installation. Certified PROFIBUS installers are the first important step in installing a reliable and trouble-free PROFIBUS network. The Certified Installer training lasts 3 days (including the final exam). After passing the exam, the participant will receive the title "Certified Installer" and will be officially registered.

Goal

This course will learn you how to analyze, identify and tackle PROFIBUS problems. Theory about cabling, shielding, earthing, bus parameters and measuring instruments forms the basis of this knowledge. With the help of practical exercises on real networks you will learn how to put this theory into practice.

Target group

This training is for anyone responsible for PROFIBUS Cabling, Maintenance, and Testing.

Certified PROFIBUS Installer

  • Plumbers
  • Electrician
  • Panel manufacturer
  • Maintenance technician

Foreknowledge

There are no prerequisites that need to be met to attend this training. However, it is beneficial if the participant has knowledge of the following topics:
