From Tuesday 27 to Friday 30 September, the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht will be bursting with the latest industrial gadgets. Five worlds of technology and science (Automation, Laboratory, Electronics, Motion & Drives and Industrial Processing) will then form one World of Technology & Science. Scarcity
In the World of Motion & Drives, itsme will present four services that respond to the current theme of 'scarcity'. Our FactoryScan, for example, remedies an essential shortage of knowledge in the factory. With training courses, we counteract the shortage of knowledgeable people. Connected Business is itsme's solution for shortages in the warehouse. And as for the shortage of (affordable) energy, we have come up with a clever form of energy management. Interested visitors can discuss this with us and also attend a lecture on Industrial Automation.

The best innovations at WoTS 2022 qualify for a TechAward. In the category Motion & Drives, itsme competes with the FactoryScan. Eneco - Green light for green electricity and steamRead moreEneco Bio Golden Raand, located in the port area of Delfzijl, converts biomass into green electricity and green steam. Each year, the plant processes approximately 300,000 tons of waste wood from the Netherlands and neighboring countries. As part of Eneco’s climate ambitions, a project began in 2022 to replace the existing fluorescent lighting in and around the boiler room. The project was carried out under the supervision of itsme. “Two factors were important in this process: the cost, of course, but also the level of service.”
