BA6 | BA7 wiring ducts
The calling card in the distributor
Wiring ducts ensure clarity and safety in the distributor. Hager supplies trunking in several variants, so that the punching and bottom perforation exactly match your needs. Two familiar variants are the wiring ducts tehalit.BA6 and tehalit.BA7. For wiring in or around distribution boards, they offer excellent options.
For unrivalled mounting convenience
The material of BA6 and BA7 is hard PVC in the colour grey RAL7030. The lids are designed to provide excellent grip even when the duct is fully (100%) filled, yet are easy to assemble and disassemble.
The bottom perforation of the BA6 channels is made according to DIN43659. The BA7 perforation is according to EN50085. In tehalit.BA7 ducts, from 80 mm width, a third perforation is present, which is important for fixing on support supports. For both channel types, 10 sizes are also available in the colour blue (RAL5015), for intrinsically protected circuits. Channel tehalit.BA7 was further developed on the basis of the BA6 channel and thus offers a number of additional product advantages. However, the tehalit.BA6 channels have slightly different dimensions and some additional dimensions, so they remain available as required by the market.
Additional advantages with tehalit.BA7
BA7 is designed so that you can break out the side ports without tools, leaving an absolutely smooth surface (from 40x40 mm). This provides more wiring space and also prevents damage to cables or personal injury when wiring. By slightly bending the side gate inwards or outwards, it can be broken out easily and burr-free. The gates are equipped with a wire holder as standard. The entire inner space of the channel remains available for wiring. In case of directional changes or T-splits in the panel, this gives great convenience. The BA7 cover has a clean edge and is ribbed as standard, on which you can apply stickers for coding always straight and in the same position. A neat and tidy divider is the result.
Universal clip
A special attachment is the BA7 clip. This clip can be clicked onto gates (for ducts from 40 mm wide) and then coding strips can be attached to the clip. The clip is easily broken off at the desired length.
Benefits at a glance:
• good lid grip, easy to assemble and disassemble
• breaking off strips without tools and without burrs
• also in halogen-free plastic (HA7) with the same advantages as BA7
• bottom perforation adjustments possible
• blue channels (RAL5015) available as standard
